Update: The finish line keeps moving!
Apologies for a lack of daily updates, but I'm distracted with development. ;) I've been working furiously to get the public Early Access finished. In adding content - a simple boss; an equipment unlock system; some game balance - I've found bugs and issues that need addressing. Notably from last night, the AI is acting dumb again while the weapons don't autoshoot when they should.
I don't want to put a game out there that frustrates players with basic faults like, "Why isn't my ship shooting? The alien's right in front of it!" So it's head down and polish. Unfortunately, there's lots of bits that need tweaking and refining, and it's taking longer than expected. As ever!
What you can be sure of is when released, novaWARS (or whatever it'll be named - trademark dispute) will be a quality title and one you'll want to play.
